Achievements/Daily returns too many Dailies?

I use https://api.guildwars2.com/v2/achievements/daily to get the dailies, but the API seems to always return one more gathering daily than exist in-game.Like today I got "Maguuma Wastes Miner", "Kryta Miner" and "Orr Vista Viewer" but Kryta Miner is not a daily today, from what I can see in-game.

I checked on https://www.thatshaman.com/tools/daily/ and from what I can see they get the same result / ids as me, but have somehow managed to sort out the "Kryta Miner" one.Is there a way to check if it's an actual daily? or how have you guys solved this issue?

Log into the game and look?

If you look at the API, then you will notice, that there are options like level or addons you might have. So when you log in with an character with level 80, it won't be offered any dailys for levels up to 79.

Aah, I didn't think about that Maguuma Wastes daily is only available for lvl 80's. So i'm assuming that other sites, have just chosen to only display the dailies that lvl 80 players get. Thank you for help Nokomis :)

If you check Thatshaman's site, he has the lower level lower on the page.
