define completely empty. Do you even see the tabs for Overview, Settings, Security and all? Top and Bottom banner with ArenaNet logos?

Many of those might run into a problem if reported. The https://www.guildwars2.com/en/legal/guild-wars-2-naming-policy/ states

Are you eventually set to invisible in your player list? I think then at least some of the actions you mentioned aren't possible.

Maybe the game thinks, it should show itself on another display. When you clicked onto the GW2 window in the tray, try to hold the Windows key on the keyboard and press the arrow keye (left or right) to see, if it switches the window back to your display.
