gem.9038
So I loaded into LA just now and this happened...EDIT: I tried exiting the game and it has not fixed the problem. It shows the regular white texture that it's supposed to be for a split second and then reverts to this pink thing.EDIT 2: So it seems if I leave LA and come back it will remain OK but just for a short bit. And only if I have restarted the game. Also I have uploaded a 3 minute video if anyone cares to look at Candy Land LA.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4qXKc9oHSko&feature=youtu.be

Inculpatus cedo.9234
That's often a graphics driver issue. You can try re-installing/updating/rolling back your drivers.Good luck.

Inculpatus cedo.9234
Sometimes, files become corrupted and we don't know why. Sometimes, updates are snuck in without notice. Sometimes, our computers/programs/files just go wacky. You can try the suggestion, or not. Up to you.If you continue to have difficulties, you can contact the Tech CS Team via the 'Support' link.Again, good luck.
windbliss.3158
This appears to be the result of a corrupted database, as it seems like textures are refusing to -- or cannot load. Try repairing the database. Make a shortcut to GW2.exe with -repair as the only argument, and run it once.
Lunacy Solacio.6514
As said above, those effects are caused by textures not loading/not existing/being corrupted. Definitely would suggest repairing the dat file, but would also want to consider whether the drive/graphic/ram may be damaged, and because it changes to this after looking ok, I'd be concerned about the graphic card having taken damage/faulty
