I've visited every rat and all have poofed for me. ( therefore I can't try again.) As you can see from the merged screenshots, One part of the panel claims I have finished the achievement and the other claims I have not. Please fix this.

I think that is just "recently completed(a tier)"

As you can see from your screenshot, you have completed Tier 2, and still need to finish Tier 3 for the reward.

Incorrect, I contacted all the rats and all disappeared after contact

Then, your screenshot appears bugged, as it shows you missing the Trader's Forum, and Postern Ward rats. (One of those 2 rats were very much off the beaten path [one on a roof]). It also indicates you have finished Tier 1 only (see the roman numeral I above the 0 AP-Ravious), and are working on Tier 2.

If you are sure you have interacted with the correct rats (I believe there is a guide in the Wiki, and surely Dulfy has one, as well), you can contact the CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below.

That's precisely the bug I'm reporting :expressionless:

I contacted the rats and they disappeared without giving credit for having contacted them.

Well, as it does not seem to be very common, your best bet, probably, is to try a -repair, or contact the CS Team for your particular account.
