Unable to advance Speak in Riddles Achievement

Hey, so I'm trying to do Speak in Riddles achievement, and I'm trying to get my 3rd riddle out of "Veteran Jubua the Wildfire [Hero Challenge]".

I've completed 2 of his riddles, but it's been a couple days now, and I can't even get him to tell me the 3rd riddle. Any ideas? I've beaten the hero challenge a dozen or so times in the last couple days, both solo and in groups.

This may or may not be helpful:

While the djinn will allow several attempts to solve a riddle, they will only give progress towards the achievement and progress to the next riddle when solving each of them in the first try.

I ran into that on the last day. Switched to a different character and it worked fine.

I appreciate the tip, but the issue isn't that I've answered anything wrong, but that he isn't asking anything at all anymore. The only option upon interacting with him is to fight him, again and again.
