Flute harvesting tools bug

Still waiting for the bug that roots you in place until the harvesting animation is completed to be fixed. Same bug, same pattern. About once every 4 or 5 harvests with either the logger or the mining tool, your character is rooted/stuck/immobilized until the harvesting animation is completely played out.
This action is sporatic and completely contradictory to the function of other permanent harvesting tools. It also appeared for a short time that it was fixed, but currently is still in the same broken state as it has been since it was introduced years ago.An entire set costs $37.50US to purchase for people who paid for the gems to buy them. That's the cost of an entire new account, including Path of Fire. The bug is immersion breaking, and interferes with smooth game play, including breaking out of the animation for combat.
