This collection did not unlock after I chose to advise Councilor Imann to ally with Joko.

I thought that selecting that step in "Blazing A Trail" was the unlocker for this collection, so why did it not work? Had not encountered any such issue with the other two options before.

´UPDATE: Since it's been a long time since I had made a new selection during the Councilor Imann story instance, I had forgotten that you receive the back piece that unlocks the collection at the end of the story step "Blazing A Trail", along with the story reward, and not at the end of the aforementioned instance. Apparently, the Wiki entry is misleading, hence the confusement.
