Mike JezZ.4261 Posted June 23, 2018 Share Posted June 23, 2018 So I wanted to play this game with my girlfriend, but for some reason I cannot install the game on her PC.I have tried to install the 32 and 64 bit version of the GW2 client, but everytime it only downloads 2% of the game and then the client crashes. Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted June 23, 2018 Share Posted June 23, 2018 You can try changing GW2-64setup.exe to GW2-64.exe and moving the program to wherever you want to install it (Desktop, Games folder, GW2 folder, etc.)You could just let it install the launcher, and move your .dat file onto her drive.Of course, she needs her own account created at account.arena.netAlso, make sure there are no LavaSoft programs active. They can be tricky to find; use a deep search. Again, you can read through the Knowledge Base articles, and/or contact the Tech CS Team for assistance.
