Can Guild Wars 2 ever be a "happily ever after" game?

Seeing as how the guild wars are only very marginally related to the actual plot of the game, I'd say that's a poor measure to go by.

And yet the game is flatout called Guild WARS 2 and the first thing we're told is "Dragons screwed everything up". It's like saying WoW has no war because you're fighting the Legion in a different world.

Legion was just an expansion, fighting dragons is the main plot of GW2 storyline.

And I think you know what "Guild Wars" in game's lore really mean.

In the words of an "ancient" anime, The Last Unicorn: "There are no happy endings... because nothing ever ends.".Likewise, in order for us to get that "happily ever after" ending, our story has to end. Our story doesn't end as long as we keep "living" it.

But, there is some good news for people who want a kind of retirement. We also have access to Minecraft, and The Sims, and Stardew Valley, and Animal Crossing, and...
