lynx.5340 Posted November 9, 2018 Share Posted November 9, 2018 3 days ago account been accessed by an unauthorized individual.then i can;t login.I submit a ticket told GM no such things.but GM told me must do some steps such as scan computer ,change password.then let me login.I did what he told me .finaly ，i can login game today.but he restored my account to a piont which he said the nearest save point.I lose nealy 1400 Gold ,my Mad King achievemens . and my ranger map completely for 92% to 75%.Restore account without permission This is a normal working process? Everything you had acquired, including characters, may have been sold off or deleted. The CS Team restored as much as possible.If you have concerns, you can update your ticket and discuss the issue with the CS Team.Good luck.
