Rune of Sanctury has no CD!!! Perma 25 might & unlimited condi removal

Yeah, this needs a fix, badly. If the minions trigger it, then I bet things like the healing turret can too.

Minions don't need to trigger it. Literally, any attack triggers it lol. It's that broken.

Yes, that's why it needs to be fixed. Every attack siphons health, which counts as healing, which gives barrier, which then gives 2 Might for 7secs AND condi removal. So a single multi-attack skill can proc it up to several times and easily put you up to 25 might, and condi remove everything, that's why it's broken right now.
