I'm not certain what it's for to be honest, possibly new content to be added soon, content already in the game I just didn't know about, or a developer mistake? I stumbled there on my Jackal in nighttime, but I don't think I got an achievement for it. It's astonishing though, wish we had a proper city to explore up there. Some ghosts/spirits show up too. When the sun rises, they walk to the opposite side of the platform, bow, and then vanish.It's really neat. Hats off to whoever thought to put that in.
