Black Lion Weapon Voucher question

If i buy any weapon skin from the gem store, will i receive the skin already or a weapon voucher to exchange? (storm bow, caithes bloom, kurzick dual axe, etc...)

You receive a one-use only item and the wardrobe unlock. In other words:

• You get a single application, at no additional cost
• You can apply the skin as often as you like to other weapons (of same type), for a cost of one transmutation charge.

It's not an actual weapon with stats, just the skin.
