Is it just me or does Bloodbane Path been firing into the ground most hits since last patch?

this was my bread and butter. but since last patch I notice its now firing into the ground instead of hitting targets for most of the hits. So I never get the full number of hits.

I noticed if enemy is on any kind of incline, most shots will go into the ground, no damage. please fix this Anet

i play the skill it seem to be working fine for me. i notice arrow miss if target is moving but that just because how fast projectile fly vs target movement. that could be patch if anet improve travel rate of arrow speed.
