Prime Light Beam needs tuning

This skill should not be longer than 20 second CD in PvE if this is all it does. It's a miserable amount of damage for 60 sec cd, with no additional utility whatsoever.

The toolbelt skill for some exceeds is even worse. a 34.75 sec cd aoe 3 second blind, really?

The class balancing needs to be split. We can't have most of the power builds in the game be absolute garbage in PvE just because you're afraid they'll be too powerful against 15k HP health pools in spvp.

Split the balance already, I'm sick of the condi dominance.

Prime Light Beam shouldn't have a toolbelt skill, lol. If you have access to it, you have photon forge blocking its toolbelt.

Also, your only other options are:

• Supply Crate (which has 2x the cooldown and less knockback potential)
• Mortar kit (which isn't all that useful unless you're running a condi spec)
• Elixir X (Not bad, but a long cooldown). I'll use it for breaking boss bars.
