Danikat.8537 Posted September 1, 2019 Share Posted September 1, 2019 I think they're sending them out a few at a time to avoid overloading the mail system. Bear in mind whatever program they're using has to check all GW2 accounts to see which ones have HoT and there's over 11 million of them, then send the package to however many million of those have it.I've seen theories that they're doing it based on either the date your account was created, the date you bought HoT or something to do with your account name. I assume it is in some sort of order, because randomising it would make the process even more complicated for no reason, but I'm not sure what that order is.Important point is, wait until about 10am Pacific Time on the 2nd and if you haven't received it by then contact Support and ask them to add it to your account.
