I've flown, jumped, and floated all around spearmarshal's lament and the respective cliffsides for like half an hour and found nothing. The wiki references the cliffside of two central pillars but I have no clue central to what or even what qualifies as a pillar since I see only one actual pillar near lament. I thought this one was going to be easy cause worst case I could just look at all the cliffsides in the area but even that tactic has just wasted my time.
