ideas to deal with afk'ers, bots, and match manipulators

for afk'ers - have a pop up after 30sec of artificially low actions per minute that lasts 10sec. enter 5 digits or get kicked. allow solo q'ers to join match in progress to replace ppl.

for bots - record games of bots after a certain amount of reports. if they do the same exact things over and over, ban em.

match manipulation - disallow the two teams to talk to each other completely. no say, map, or whisper chat. look into multiple reports of ppl asking to buy ppl to throw games in pvp lobby. could also put an hour timer of not being able to mail to anyone you've recently played a pvp match with.
