Warclaw/Glider bug

This bug started to happen after Feb 25th update.

So when press space to use a glider right after jumping from warclaw with 1 ability, the glider does not work but instead it makes the character fall vertically without taking any fall damage.

I believe this is related to ping issues. Like after you dismount, there's a delay before the server registers you are off the mount. Yet with gliding being locally. I can see why the 2 conflict.

It maybe a ping related issue, but this particular bug never accoured before the patch. I think that Anet should should check it out.

Edit: I tried to do the same thing with Griffon and the same bug happened with it. I usually play with 70-80 ms ping btw.

I've been having the same issue since the patch. I'm not sure if it's a ping issue.

On my screen, my glider deploys but like the OP said, you drop like a rock but take no fall damage.

This bug is actually a good exploit to avoid falling damage but I still don't understand why did Anet mess up with things to make it happen.

this had been happening to me several times a day long before the feb 25th update, coincidentally I was having a lot of ping issues, spikes up to 4k then back down to under 50, I moved house about a month and a half a go and never had a ping over 60 in new property and haven't had this happen since either.
