What i miss?

hi to all! i left the game right as thorns expansions was about to launch. i don't know if what i missed between then and now as i'm planning to start playing again. any special items events? new skins? new loot that i cant get like the Halloween smoky shield? any pointers will be appreciated!

• many achievements
• elite specializations
• mounts
• raids
• strike missions

Of course there are new skins as well, a couple of new faces and hairstyles etc. But those aren't relevant for gameplay.
