Brave Mallyki.1563
I'm not sure if this is the correct place.I recently got a new set of computer speakers. Logitech G560 that use G Hub for controls and is hooked up using USB. I had a different set of speakers that went out that used the speaker jack. I'm not getting the random character chatter that I was getting with the old speakers. I was wonder if anyone has had similar issues with the random character chatter not working with Logitech devices. If so what was the solution? Brave Mallyki.1563
Yeah, I checked those. Nothing in the game changed. I'm thinking it's the interaction between GW2 and the G Hub.
Janinne.5498
The chatter is there, you just don't hear it when it comes through the central channel. Same happens with NPC chatter when your camera is pointed directly at them. The problem is on the side of Logitech and their terrible support for these speakers. While the speakers are 2.1, windows sees them as 7.1 and there is no simple way to force them to play stereo. The only workaround i found was downgrading the drivers to generic 2.1 speakers (which of course means you lose all control over the RGB lighting), but as of today that seems to have stopped working as well...
