Dungeon reset timers?

So i'm currently doing twilight arbor dungeon explorable mode to farm dungeon currency, i was told i can only do each path once per day till you get diminishing returnsI was wondering when dungeon timers reset before i can do them again? eastern time zone that is (USA servers)

same time as daily achievements so 8pm right now, it will change when DST ends
