Is a support build still viable? If so, what's the best support in PvP at the moment ?

I love playing support in PvP but according to metabattle they are completely out of meta. I tried making a support scourge build and I'm doing fine.I wonder if there is still other viable PvP support/tank builds out there? I'd appreciate help!

Support tempest is meta, though it’s alittle more selfish in this meta. Bunker scourge which can support via barriers and transfusion is also basically meta. Other than that it’s just op bunkers that do damage and tank side nodes.
