Yes, I now know that wiki on this item says you can't dye it. Should you check every item on wiki? I would understand if it was some old backpack (or glider), it is expected that you can't dye some of them. But it was a scarf. A typical shoulder slot item, akin to other two racing scarves that you actually CAN dye. If this one was supposed to be the exception to the rule, why not add a note? And yeah, I'm aware that this will be most likely be ignored. But the support guy/gal was an okay person, so I just did what they said and posted this salty salt here. My last cry into this gw2 void.
