Can anyone help me find an up to date cooking guide 0-400?

When I look for guides they're all 5-8 years old, and I'm not sure if those are still applicable.

I wouldn't want to buy ingredients that I won't be able to use at one point do to some changes having been made since the old guide came out.

https://gw2crafts.net/ has regularly updated guides for all crafting disciplines. They are not absolutely precise because the bonus experience you gain from crafting varies.

The one Jukhy provided is the one I used for all my leveling. Works even better if you use a booster, but its not needed at all.

To my knowledge, existing recipes are not changed, nor are their ingredients. Anet adds recipes and ingredients for them, they don't remove.
