TeeracK.3601
Protect the newly hatched beetle larvae until they reach a stable population event in TD is still bugged. This even has been bugged since HoT came out. If it bugs (which seems to have 50% or more of the time) the entire outpost cant progress and you cant finishing achievements and collections. This happens every day in most maps since the expansion came out so many years ago. If its actually such a hard bug to fix that no one has been able to do it in all this time can you please add a 2 minute timer to it or something so it can at least fail and reset when its bugged. DKRathalos.9625
Bad news for you is they don't have any plan to fix HoT content, so like it or not we have face the bug and suffer.
Inculpatus cedo.9234
Best bet is to try the event immediately after a patch/release when all maps and events are reset.Good luck.
Niteraven.1372
So I guess this means there is no way to get "Friend of the Frogs" then?
Ayrilana.1396
It technically still progresses but it’s difficult to figure out what causes it to progress.
Inculpatus cedo.9234
A couple of weeks ago, when we needed to kill Chak, that's where I went every day. Sometimes, it was working; sometimes, it was not.FYI: Stalled events will reset whenever there is a patch/release, so you could try immediately after the next patch/release.Good luck.
