ive been trying for months to redownload gw2 why wont it load ???

ive disabled firewall and anti virus ive run repair ive uninstalled it and reinstalled it cant get past about 20%ive tried installing to c and d ive tried the 32 bit and the 64 bit it just does not want to install help please

Sounds like your drives may have corrupted info, there may be less free space than the disks reports to windows. Did you ever use checkdisk?

Especially if it fails at different percentages for the different drives, but repeatedly at the same percentage for the same drive this is an indication for windows being unable to write the downloaded files to the disks. With the limited info you gave I can't think of any other reason.

There are certain networks that will interfere with some of the files that GW2 tries to download. When this happens, it will either get stuck downloading at 0 KB/s or endlessly download at full throttle without making progress. In these cases, a VPN is required.

You can try the main patch server with logging enabled using the options:-log -assetsrv 64.25.41.2

The log file is saved to %appdata%/Guild Wars 2/Gw2.log, which will tell you what it's actually trying to do.
