Some items do not appear in Gem Store but official Wiki says the store has it...

Hi, just a quick question.

Items such as Lyssa's Regalia (which I am hoping to purchase) does not appear in Gem Store.

Just wondering, is Wiki late to update or the item just being absent temporarily? It is kind frustrating when you check Wiki and are happy to see the item being offered in Gem Store. But when you go to the store, it is not there...

The gem store cycles out stuff to purchase periodically. When it gets taken out of the store no one knows when it will be brought back. Just that anet will occasionally bring it back for people to purchase.

The API is down temporarily, I believe. I think most Gem Store items in the Wiki make use of it. (I noticed some Halloween items are listed in the Wiki as 'unavailable' at this time, so...)You can always leave a note on the Feedback/Talk page about it, if you so desire.

The wiki is updated by volunteers so at best it’s only partially automated. Which means that it may not be updated in a timely manner or at all, depending on who is doing updates on their own time and if they see the change.

We wish we could use the API for the gem store, but updating the wiki currently a manual process and it's being handled by one person who's very busy in her real life (Swinging by her talk-page to say thanks for her effort so far would mean a lot).

I won't be able to compare both the wiki and game until later tonight, but I'll try to keep this item in mind. Dropping a message on the item's talk page could also speed things up as others can pick up the slack.

Edit: Just completed a Mark I Eyeball check to clean up a few stragglers. Can't guarantee complete accuracy, but it looks like a few escaped the store without even a count-down timer.

It apppears from checking the Gemstore items: new/sales/discounted prices thread on the old forum that Lyssa’s Regalia was last in the gemstore on July 31, 2017. Since that’s only a few months ago it will probably be a while before it returns.

Ahh, good (or disappointing) to learn that there's no API connection for the Gem Store items. Thanks for the info.Probably best to just keep an eye on the Sticky here. Or just log in and look, of course.

That dude takes the thread always updated, so if you happen to see "new message" you know that store has something new ( and for how many days it will last ).
