Add a Gizmo "Jankenpon" (like Belcher's Bluff)

Hi,

I am a Japanese anime fan, I also wanted to see in GW2 a new gizmo like the "Belcher's Bluff".It would be an item to make an activity of "Jankenpon" (Stone, Leaf, Scissors).

I will find it rather funny to be able to have as with the Belcher's Bluff the means to make contests of that.It would be even more fun if it were based on the complete rule and not just the first part.

The rule would be:

• Choose one of the 3 choices : Stone, Leaf or Scissors
• If one of them has won, the players point after a direction. If these are the same the player who won gets a bonus point otherwise the winner only gets one point.
• If there is a tie, we start over.

It is possible by using the complete rule to be able to choose different level of complexity, either without this addition for easy mode, or with for expert mode etc....
