Something is crapped, bugged or wiki lies.Did you return on a character that has completed PoF story or on a different one?You can portal to Sun's refuge without the Spearmarshal's Plea (and said portal can be integrated into the LS4 portal tome)Update: upon reading the wiki, I see nothing about obtaining replacement copies of the gizmo.
