accentially bought an outfit twice, please help to cancel the last transaction and send me back gems

Just transfered from wow, this is a good game indeed, however..At 10:40+pm Nov 17, "Eulaula.7168" i was just checking my purchasing history and accidentally purchased the outfit that i already purchased today and repeatedly paid 700 gems for Nature's Oath Outfit, and i am just stupid "click take all" without sending it back to the seller, please help me to cancel it, as i found no way i can sell it to other user nor cancel the order.

GM asked me if only i could destroy the package before he can return the gem to me. Is it normal >.<? I just afraid of destroying it will be a state of used or consumed the item which violate the condition of return.

I can understand wanting to get this refunded as you can only use one. On this end I was able to get the gems returned to you, but on your end there is one request that I must make.
