5 percent hp down to 85 in a sec

Idk if im just dumb but what happened here? Watched it and dont know what happened here, does anyone have a explanation?

probably signet of mercybecause the downed had psn, rez doesn't fully revive - it's 100% (?) heal that's reduced by psn

Rez bug. When you're about to kill an enemy but their ally uses a rez skill on them, they don't fully rez. Notice the guard using his signet to attempt to rez the necro.

The Guardian on the opposite team came and used Signet of Mercy, but the necro you were cleaving had poison, because of this he couldn't instant ress, but recovered the life.

Not a bug, its poison that reduced the "healing" of the res causing it to only give them a large amount of health back in downed state.

that's why you should stomp instead of wasting ages poking a downed necro.
