Svarty.8019 Posted July 15, 2019 Share Posted July 15, 2019 In this event, existing skills gets randomly assigned a new, different, cooldown from a pool.... for example a skill with a currently quick cooldown would get a cooldown from a "quick" pool of 0.5-5 seconds, for example.A secondary effect of this event is that it might encourage some players to try little-used skills.
