Hall of Monuments titles gone after the last patch/fix

I have 32 points, and I had everything up to Closer to the Stars and now all the achievements are wiped on my account.

How can I get them restored?

My old Gw1 account and the reward calculator still say I have them.

But my hero panel in GW2 has been wiped clean of them.

Longer story: there's a loophole in the system that GW2 uses to check whether a player has earned GWaMM and/or HoM points. If GW2 can't reach the GW1 API, then it assumes the points aren't earned.The message we get is outdated; it made sense at one time. Instead of saying, "sorry, we can't confirm; temporarily removing titles/points until we can check," it says the titles have been removed. It's not a bug so much as inappropriate and needs to be properly updated. (I've requested this many times.)

The good news is that it always fixes itself. As soon as GW1's API starts properly communicating your status again, all will be well. You can speed that up some by logging out of GW2 and/or logging into the HoM Calculator and/or logging into GW1... you simply don't need to.

It's definitely annoying and panic-inducing. However, it's just the servers making sure that only those who earned the titles get to wield them.
