Does anybody know the name of Sayida's airship? I can't seem to dig it up anywhere.

She doesn't have airship in Istan; she only got the funds to buy one from the two bounties she collected. So unless she transferred the name over (if that's not a taboo) to the airship, it's not the Dark Leviathan.
