Act 1: I was at 18/18, and I have the reward Storyteller's Lute in my bank. Now I'm at 18/19, and I'm missing 15 AP. Act 3: This is weird. I'm at 13/17, but I have 14 completed achievements listed and 2 incomplete (Quiet Death and Unruffled).

Ah, I noticed the dates on the thread and wondered what resurrected it. I first noticed this sort of aggro range years ago in Bloodstone Fen. As soon as you spot a White Mantle Knight, it's coming for you. It can see through walls. It can see through rocks. It can see through hills. And as soon as it spots YOU, it tells two friends. And they tell two friends. And THEY tell two friends. Just run away. If you fight them, you will be fighting them forever.

Come on, Anet, it's been at least 16 hours. We deserve SOME explanation for the dead box sitting in our bags.

Thank you. I already knew almost all of what Tekkit explained, but I didn't know that using flap while diving puts you in a second level of speed boost. I suspect that's what the players in the videos are doing -- although since they don't narrate what they're doing, I don't know for sure. I didn't mention that I'm an older player with arthritic hands. I'm not certain I can make my hands do the necessary gyrations on my keyboard. But I'll go somewhere high and see what I can manage.

Here's a link to Ayin Maiden's run of it, so you know exactly what I'm talking about: Is there a video that explains what the person is doing, preferably as they are doing it? What I can't figure out is the big ascent. I dive, I go through the gates, but by the time I need to ascend, I've lost "momentum" and I don't ascend far enough when I press S to clear the cliff. I end up face-in-wall. It's all very well to watch video after video, but what I need is someone narrating, saying "dive here using skill whatever" and "do this so you have enough momentum to ascend high enough" and such. I need some commentary. Please help.

I'm affected by this. I noticed it after the patch on the 17th. It happens with Fir Saplings in the Shiverpeaks as well. Dredgehaunt Cliffs, specifically.

Today Jul 17, about 90 minutes after reset and after the latest patch, in US Central time zone. The character was a level 80 human ranger, going solo. I used a skyscale hatchling logging tool with Glyph of Alchemy in it to harvest a Tukawa Sapling in Harathi Hinterlands and got Ruined Plant Fibers. Tukawa gives seasoned logs, the glyph of alchemy should have made them hard wood logs. When I took the glyph out, the tool gave me seasoned logs. It was the first time I had harvested anything all day (doing the boss rush!), so bumping up against some quota wasn't an issue. In the past, I've used glyph of alchemy in a permanent logging tool to get ancient wood from elder wood nodes in Orr with no issue.

As I saw one person say in map chat -- this event is a colossal waste of time. It needs to have rewards that will make it worth it for any player who participates, not just the tiny number of people who will get a super rare. But the bonus chests aren't even as good as the daily boss chests. Sure, there's some minuscule chance of getting a super rare, but the vast majority of players are just going to get low level mats plus one, count it ONE, rare unid. One rare unid every 15 minutes is not worth it for the average player, who can spend a couple hours either in Silverwastes or on the LW4 meta train and get better rewards than an entire day of bonus chests. For pete's sake, we don't need to get infusions, but throw us a bone or two, more than just some random piece of rare gear we can salvage for ectos but is otherwise worthless. Really isn't worth the time unless lightning strikes. And that's not going to happen for most of us.

Please? The poor norn is sometimes in a good mood ("Always happy to see customers!") but half the time he's in a pretty bad place ("You break it, I break you." "Need something?" "You got gold, right?" all said in a really dark tone of voice.) Can we throw him a party? Cheer him up? Do SOMETHING to lighten his mood? He drags you down. But in all seriousness, if you spend much time up there and have dialog turned on in your sound options, it gets unpleasant, and why should a deluxe area be unpleasant to hang out in? Anet, please consider making his darker comments less common or remove them altogether. They're not really appropriate coming from a banker -- I mean, why does he care if I break something that's already mine? I've already started spending less time in the airship and more time elsewhere. I doubt that's what the designers intended.

I'm working on upgrading my whip to a boomerang. I was able to play 332331 on my flute to open the door to the frozen raccoon, then 133133 to break him out of the ice cube, and get the Mythic Cake. However, when I play 123123 to the little cloud at the top of the tree in World 2 Zone 2, nothing happens. I went back to the secret room in World 2 Zone 1 where that song is unlocked (room 6 in Dufly's guide here: http://dulfy.net/2013/09/05/gw2-associate-of-secrets-world-2-achievement-guide/). Then I tried playing it for the little cloud again, in infantile mode and then in normal mode, but no luck. I play the song, and nothing happens. This is blocking progress on the boomerang collection. Since the cloud jumping puzzle does not spawn, I cannot get to the picnic to get the Fabled Drumstick. I'm not seeing this bug reported here (although my google-fu is terrible, so it could be here and I just can't find it), but I can say that I'm not the only player affected; a number of people complained about it on Dulfy's site. I only play SAB on one character, so this is not a case of the song being unlocked on another character and I forgot. None of my other characters have any SAB unlocks. Just the one. And like I say, I went back to the room that supposedly unlocks the 123123 song, so even if I had overlooked it, he should have it now, but it still doesn't work. Is there anything else I can do? Because I don't know what else to do at this point.

The wording of the item description is misleading, and that's only proven by the number of people who were fooled by it. I have trouble believing Anet didn't realize that would happen.Anet should refund the people who purchased the runecrafter thinking they'd get the upgrades back.

Texas Buying and selling No change since 11 Dec patch It's still an issue. I sometimes have to wait 10 seconds or more per transaction. It's incredibly tedious.

Happening to me today too, and as I was typing up a bug report, several more people came by and were unable to start it. Willoo's been buggy off and on for years. Please, someone figure out why and fix it so this stops happening.
