Because our guild bank history disappears way too fast and things get missed. We've tried that 🙂 If we can have up to 50 mails maybe they could just make them all visible to us. That would be super nice!

I would really love to see the mail cap of 10 per account to be increased. I know this cuts down on everyone storing things but for those of us that run active guilds and events this makes things rather difficult at times. I have 2 guilds that are sisters to each other and one of our favorite events is a guild lottery. I understand why the gold cap is there and I'm fine with it but our guild lottery has gotten so popular in the last year that I end up with mails stacking up with gold I can't claim until the next week until eventually I can't get any more mails. Please Anet, raise the limit of mails we can have or implement a feature where mails that have items that need to be claimed don't count towards the cap. Its hard enough to keep guilds active these days but with things like this limiting us it makes it even more difficult. On a side note, being able to change the colors of our guild chats would be a huge QOL improvement! Also, please implement account names on the mails sender rather than character names would be amazing! Thanks! Looking forward to all of the new things in 2024 Happy New Year!

We have been going strong for 4 years now and have members active at all hours of the day and night but our events are centered around daily reset. For those who just love General PVE, we have a lot of people that do metas, are still playing through the stories and doing all of the regular content as well. We get a lot of new and returning players and welcome them with open arms. We have a very friendly and active Discord Community! I had the same issue, you have to go back to the main portal (large blue one) at ground level and then it ends the story and gives you the button to leave.

Last night while in the middle of raiding the squad disappeared for me as the commander. The others said I was still in the squad but my party panel showed I was NOT in a squad, I could not do comps, ready checks or anything. Myself and one other rebooted the game for this issue and then was given the error message: The player or channel cannot be found. (Code=3008:1009:1:1728:101) Eventually, we had to have all raid members leave that squad, reboot the game and reform and we lost progress in our raids. Hopefully this will NOT be an ongoing issue or can be fixed before it becomes that. And it was NOT just us that had this issue, all of our other friends who were also raiding elsewhere had similar issues and everyone was logging in and out of the game on our friends lists and in our guilds.

It's working fine for those who have auto loot already. I know at least 3 other people who are having the same issue as I am...all who have gotten the WvW Auto loot mastered within the last 2 weeks and it doesn't work for any of us. My main account wvw autoloot works fine but its been mastered for years.

Yes I have the correct traits mastered out in the provisions mastery line in the WvW menu.

Yes, that's what I meant above about checking to ensure Autoloot is enabled. 🙂

I have a newer account I purchased back in November and I am rank 32 and even though I have the required points in WvW Masteries under the Provision Masteries Autoloot is not working. I've submitted bug reports, checked options to ensure Autoloot is enabled and contacted support. This has been going on for a week now and its not getting fixed. Super annoying to have to pick up all my boxes and lose out on loot in WvW because of a bug that is not being fixed. It's not just me, others have said once they qualify for WvW Autoloot it is not working for them either... Please fix!

Thank you for the suggestion, I tried that on one of the browsers and it did not work. Even put in an exception for Arena Net but it still gives me the same error 😞

Trying to take advantage of the Black Friday Sale and Purchase a new account for my sister. Every time I go to register a new account and try to complete the purchase it says 'Unspecified Error.' I've tried different browsers, different computers, etc... Is there an issue with the website???

Sadly, that's the way it was designed when GW2 first came out but people abused it. Hopped back and forth between servers and gave their teams a play by play, therefor bam gem cost. A Guild Alliance would be a great fix. We all have that one guild we like to WvW with but since its been a meme for so many years many of us have given up hope of it ever actually happening.

I would also ask that his system be reworked. I rarely have to use the block system in any game but there are times when we all need to use it and this system is terrible! Why if I block someone can they still see where I am? Why can they still interact and harass me when I am using the LFG system? Block means they should not be able to see anything I do, anywhere I go and they should not be able to see where I am and they certainly should not be able to join my LFG group and bomb it on a consistent basis. Please fix this!

Mechanical Genius: Combat attribute bonuses to the mech are now reduced by 50% if the engineer is more than a range of 360 away from the mech for a certain amount of time. If you're gonna do this kind of change then you need to improve the AI of the mech. It seriously does whatever it wants a lot. Even if you are stacked on top of your raid group more times than not its off in lala land doing whatever it wants. There should be a better way to control it with flags or markers or whatever if you are going to make this type of change. You are basically punishing your loyal Engineer players by saying its their fault the mech is not where it should be which is not the case at all. Or add in a pet button where it is immediately recalled to your side or something.

Because Guilds would like the option of all being on the same server without having to have everyone switch with gems. A better system of aligning with a guild would be super nice and its been promised for years.

Is there no way to turn off the sounds that come from the Jade Bot Miniature skins? The ghost is super cute but the sounds are super annoying....

What's the exact requirement in the beta to get the voucher? Have they fixed the bug for this yet?

It is not related to using the new Windows, myself and a lot of others use Windows 11 and I don't have random crashes unless its on Anet's servers. In case you are unaware GW2 is build off engines created for Guild Wars 1 making them nearly 20 years old so the coding is a mess. Crashes happen often for everyone during festivals and there is nothing you can do about it because its the servers. I get a random crash here and there but not consistently like what you are describing. However, I've had friends, at least 3 different friends at different times over the last 5 years who could not stay connected to GW2 no matter what they tried. It was not their internet even though that's what Anet said. They could play every single other game they have just fine. Seems to be a way of life in GW2 now to just accept the crashes and issues sadly. I hope you can find a solution for your crashes though!

I've gotten kicked out with this error several times over the weekend. Usually its not a big deal but Friday night I raid with my static and lost out on the rewards for Cairn CM because of it. Super annoying. Nothing wrong with my stuff, other games work fine with no issues. Just GW2.

I will say that in my experience people prefer to avoid the in game LFG for raids, especially, newer players. They instead go to Raid Academy or Guilds like mine that focus on training raids and progression. Its a much more comfortable atmosphere where they feel safer. As for the discord thing, just because discord is required doesn't mean you have to talk. Just need to be able to listen in as sometimes in raids, its a mere couple of words that keeps the squad from wiping and typing it would have taken too long. Communication is really key. I agree Anet missed the mark on put in a training in LFG...nobody uses it because some want to get carried, others don't want to spend the time learning and would rather join experienced raiders. Very rarely do I ever see anyone in the Training LFG for Raids. Just like the LFG Anet missed their mark with emboldened, it needs a lot of refinement and would have been better to be put into EOD strike missions since they are supposed to be a stepping stone to Raids. Many people shy away from raids at the thought of discord and 10 man content but its some of the most fun content so hopefully you will give it a try.

This has been an absolute failure from the start! Every single raid you try to go into now the group just wants to wipe until you get max boons. Those of us that like to raid don't want to sit through 15 minutes of this crap. We could have most of the wing cleared by then! This is pure laziness and an unwillingness to learn. Not only that but having people able to do 30-35k dps without even trying is just not okay. Instead of getting more people to actually learn raids the correct way you've allowed them to start being lazy and get carried. Not only that but emboldened should NOT be on by default! If groups want to use emboldened fine, but those of us that are experienced raiders should not have to worry about if its on or off, we don't want anything to do with emboldened and now we have to spend more time ensuring that a mote is off that should NOT be on by default, especially when we are doing CMs. Please re-work this so that it helps newer raiders but not so much that they can be carried or lazy in getting their kills. Also, if emboldened is on, there should be very little rewards and no KP. Really wish Anet would listen to us. Sadly I know a lot of raiders that up and quit because of this and I can't really blame them, LFG for raids is a disaster now and super frustrating.

It would be fanastic to see some new and updated Guild Missions from EOD. I've recently been upgrading a new guild hall and I forgot how boring the other ones are when you've been doing them for years.
