I barely had enough time to get my home instance and fractal CMs done let alone anything that could have gotten me banned. The most recent reply was: Thank you for getting back to us, I was just about to message you. We need to investigate the issue just a little more to ensure this account was not compromised. My sincere apologies for my mistake earlier as I was addressing the wrong account. This just keeps getting more bizarre and frustrating.
