At first I crashed on using mesmer staff 5, so i switched to virtuoso. Loaded in and three seconds after moving forward I crashed lol Settings are also set to low. Drivers are up-to-date. Think the only thing I haven't tried is a client repair.

"March 14–20: 30% Off All Standalone Unique Mount Skins" That's what was advertised for the week. Is a skiff skin considered a mount skin? (And I don't mean that sarcastically; I'm saying to people like me who sometimes reads things literally a "standalone unique mount skin" does not mean "skiff skin.")

I bought the Floating Garden skiff in full two days ago and noticed that it's went on sale 30% off as of yesterday. If I had just waited one more day, I could've saved on gems. :') So my question is: Is it possible to get the difference in gems back, or do I live with my decision and poor timing?

This has been going on for a week now since the elite spec beta started. I'm not sure what causes it. I so much as turn too hard and I crash, I got knocked back by a mob once and I crashed, I stand in place and I crash. It happens randomly; yesterday I could go two hours of playing before a crash, today I logged in just long enough to get the log-in reward and it crashed. I've repaired the client, I've updated my drivers, my graphics are set to low, I've gone through old forum posts to figure out the general problem of what files need deleting, but I can't figure it out through any troubleshooting. Please help me out, I just want to play this game! I'm getting constant crashes too. I've gone through old posts to figure out which files needed deleting, repaired the client, un- and reinstalled the game; still crashing. I swear, it's like one problem gets fixed and another pops up... Last month's issue was connectivity. :/

I suddenly got this issue after the new Marionette event. It happened maybe once an hour but now it's been every three minutes. The only troubleshoot I haven't done yet (since I have 0 tech skills) is reinstalling the whole game.

I've been disconnecting in Bloodstone Fen, trying to get a character through LW3. :/ I would be doing something, get booted, then end up in a spot where I was two minutes prior. I'm hesitant to go into a story instance because I feel like I'll disconnect halfway through it.

I thought something was up when I logged onto my rev and my 6-0 hotkeys were all reset. I checked the build tab to see if those got wiped too and I crashed (yes, I have a rev build template saved, salvation-retribution-herald if any specific info is needed). Tried logging onto a ranger, his utility keys were still the same but the build tab still caused a crash. Like Winterspell says, it seems like something buggy's going on with revenants in general.
