Greeting fellow warriors.
As all of you know the recent changes in our banners hit us hard. I was somewhat unhappy about this, until I saw the positive side of these changes. We are free out of banner slavery, we can finally play pure damage builds because there are other classes that can give boons more efficiently. Especially now that strength trait line also got a 5% critical chance increase.
Some of you may already tried pure damage builds, and saw their names in the damage meters, way down the line... I wanted to address exactly that.
I fell in love with warrior all over again now that the banner bonds broke. I tried power berserker, condition berserker, and power bladesworn. I am preparing also a hybrid open world range and cc build with rifle and hammer just for the memes and RP of it... I know that I will never be on top of the damage meters with my warrior and that's fine, for a casual player like me.
After 2 years on this game and having Guardian / Necromancer / Engineer / Revenant / Thief, with many ascended meta builds on each of these profession, I can fill any role I want to in a group of any content.. But, somehow I always go back to my Warrior. Handicapped, mistreated, bleeding, hurt.. the warrior will always fight, that's the spirit of the profession.. against all odds, will continue to fight and when he gets down, he will come back for revenge. I'm delusional enough to believe that in the following patches the developers will provide us some warrior love.. to get our revenge!
Because now we are downed for sure..
