    A Tarnished Coast ranged (DH I think) is still camping under map surface at Titanpaw and Foghaven (at least).

    Confirmed. I read it wrong too. Looks like each class's weapon requires a cache from a specific map. I just completed Dragon's End as a Guardian and got my (2nd) Willbender's cache, which did count towards the achievement.

    I've only received and opened my first one, but it didn't count on the achievement. I also received the Willbender's Feat well before I'd finished the story.

    Same problem. I checked his inventory a week or two ago, but he is gone now.
