I am probably the odd one out but since the change i have stopped using Rifle on any of my builds, its just not fun for me anymore. Luckily Scrapper has an Awesome Hammer and Holo a Lightsaber so i can still enjoy my power builds.

Personally on Heal scrapper i switched out that whole trait line for Arms after the change so i can provide better might uptime, I would say its a bit of both. It technically can heal for more but it now has a delay so Engi has lost its best burst healing trait.

I really miss old rifle on engi, i am not a soldier i am a girl with a gun who makes stuff. Hip shot felt thematic the new auto attack seems like it was meant for warrior but then they realised they were about to kill that class so gave it to Engi.

I love playing with Kits they make Engi so versatile, The thing that got me into having Engineer as my main was Condi Holosmith which is 3 kits and i love every second on it.

Am i the only person who like the Engi Harpoon gun? But yeah mechanist underwater sucks, i dont play mech in open world so i kinda avoid this problem.

I really miss the old animation and my character screaming as they launched themselves, the changes to rifle imo have made it not as fun to use especially cos i am running around echovald and bouncing off everything.
