Same here, and I saw many comments on the FB posts about others having the same issue. Update: after refreshing the page a few times I was able to do it.

I’m still getting that crash every now and then. Our GH is in Lost Precipice, so I don’t think the hall matters. It’s very annoying and always when I try to talk to an NPC, when trying to donate or upgrade the hall. It’d be nice if this could be fixed, especially since this thread was born in May…

Same, and it's not the first time this happens to me. I've had that problem in the past and it's always the Skyscale. I'm stuck in sitting position on the ground and it won't move at all. I was in the festival in the Cliffs 2 days ago and I couldn't move for a good 5 mins, that's the worst it's ever been.

I'm having the same problem and my friend too, it happened in the Pavillion, as well as Divinity's Reach. If I mount up the Skyscale before waiting for everything to be loaded, it also gets stuck in the ground and I can't move. Other mounts are fine.

It is impossible to hit the Wizard, even by hitting his ammo with the hand right in front of him you get a "Miss" every single time, please fix it as it is frustrating to go through all the level only to not be able to finish it.

Hi there, It's been really hard to get on maps for Dragon's End meta, people in the same squad can't even get on maps because there is already too many people on them. It would be really amazing if there was a way for commanders to create a fresh map and then everyone in the squad could follow. I think I speak for many people when I say it's really tiring to have to keep trying to join the commander on their map and do it a hundred times and hope that maybe, just maybe, you'll eventually be able to join if someone crashes or leaves the map. Please help us and give us a better experience, especially for big coordinated events like that it's incredibly important that we can gather a full squad. All the leftovers people on the map often don't partake in the meta and it's hurting winning chances when we could have more people fighting with us. Thank you.

You can’t change the way you feel but you don’t have to say it. Before saying something you can stop yourself and think for a second and get into someone else’s shoes. You don’t have to say everything in life, especially if it’s subjective. Just because you’re able to say something doesn’t mean you should. Just try to imagine for a minute that someone who looks like one of those characters sees your comment. Words affect people, and some of those it’s best to keep to yourself. Empathy and kindness go a long way, but no, it’s so much better to criticize things outright and not care about other people.

I did not make this post to argue about the beauty of these faces, it is beside the point and extremely rude and subject to personal taste and society’s beauty standards. All I’m asking is for more customization, thank you.

Hi there! I was just wondering if it would be possible to fix the sliders for the new Asian faces so that they can actually make a difference. At the moment, especially the human faces, they barely change anything and it's a pity because it means that if you use one of these faces, you have to use the face as it is and they will all look nearly the same. It would be nice to see these faces be more usable and customizable, because they have a lot of potential if you could only tweak the details more. Thank you for listening.

The Elite Kirin now pops next to the bell, which is amazing, but it is forever green and we cannot fight it, so we still cannot get that Hero Point. Please fix it, we'd like to finish this map and it's the only thing stopping us! 😆

Please please please bring back the Royal Guard Outfit. I know it was a special for old accounts back in 2015 but by now surely those people have been able to enjoy it plenty and newer players could be allowed to enjoy it too? It's such a good looking outfit, we need it back!!!
