  1. This is one of the downsides of having a simple combat system. With so few options, and a high cost to make any signifigant change you need to keep combat straight forward or else the game becomes to costly/difficult for players to do anything. If you look at GW1 however which has a good combat system, you have the opposite issue where content can be hard, but its down to the player to solve it with a build. While this is the better option, it can make players demad people meet certain build requirements.
  2. As all to many are finding out, last weeks Skritt for the Stolen Goods event have been removed. There was no need to remove them... its literally extra work to remove the content.
  3. They add an extra option for dailies and what do we get, now double the content we cant do killing the daily. Why even bother adding an extra option then?
  4. There has been several changes. When the game moved from B2P to F2P you can see the move to grinding content, and pushing convience items. More focus on money, less on fixing problems. When EoD came out you can see them move into funding mode pushing out small pieces of content quickly to get money for future game dev work.
  5. I'm calling it now. Arenanet will move to Unreal engine for future projects as they are simply not large enough to make their own engine and tool chain. While I'm no fan of Epic, they do make a good engine/toolchain. Dont expect anything coming to GW2, but the following projects will change for sure.
  6. Can confirm also had this daily and also dont have access to the content.
  7. Pretty simple. If you've not gone to/unlocked the Soto content, you shouldnt have Soto based dailies/weeklys.
