Now THESE are changes I like to see! Good stuff. The fact that Ele finally gets a bit more love brings a tear to me eye, no joke.

This is what confuses me. My hypothesis was always how GW2 was sold as a game that did not have the traditional MMO roles of healer, tank, and DPS. However after playing the game more, I realized they just translated those roles to boons. You HAVE to have quickness and alac, or else you are taking a SEVERE hit. That's not choice. People have always told me "GW2 is great, everything is viable, you play what you find fun!" This is simply not the game for a long time.

Been maining ele for over 5+ years. I was a fool to keep my hopes up that this "profession update" will finally address our concerns. Not only did it not address them, it made us even worse. They throw us a Alac boon in an unideal trait that basically still makes us useless. WoW's balance is kitten too, but at the very least they have the courtesy to change the meta nearly every patch, to give some specs a time to shine. I'm done with this game. I'll play when we get fixed, or not play at all. Anet, if you fix Eles, I will dump my money into gems, 100%.

It's been how long, 5+ years? Since we have been remotely viable. Why must Anet hate us so? How are they unaware of just how frustrating it has been for Eles all these years and they don't change anything? Suggestion: Buff the kitten out of us. YOLO it. Just do it. You already broke the game with the balance, just pump a bunch of buffs to Ele to mix things up and get us back to meta. You can't damage balance any more than you have, just take the leap.

One day we will be listened to. This game is amazing, honestly. But this is the one aspect that is sooooo frustrating. It's why everyone has a bunch of characters, and I don't really like that.
