It's pretty dumb how easy it is to get locked out of Dragon Trigger, when it's the main function of the Bladesworn spec. -

I get you, I don't agree. Berserker and Spellbreaker are boring to me; I will never have any type of investment into two specs I just dont care about. Bladesworn needs work, it needs some work; sure. But getting locked out of Dragon Trigger was one of the dumbest things they did. -
This "balance" philosophy is a bunch of BS

I lost faith in ArenaNet many moons ago, it wasn't even in GW that I lost it. They're a shareholder company. We all know how gaming and shareholder companies go. -

Paragons were amazing, Spellbreakers are the goofball alternative Sandblaster spec. But I'm not comparing GW2 class system to GW1, because GW1 craps on GW2 all day. -

I never said the mechanic of self-root is good, I just said Bladesworn is fun. Berserker is just the zug-zug spec and the Sandblaster spec looks stupid and lacks passionate design. -

I can see that Warrior is the abused redheaded stepchild of ArenaNet. I'll take your word for it. I've played GW2 on and off for years. Mostly because I find this game hit and miss and really just a money sink for ArenaNet, it doesn't really look like there's passion into it. -

I mean Warrior got a Berserker, which is proper. Then it got a Sandblaster with daggers. Then it got a Bladesworn style Warrior, which is fun. Most of Warriors weapons are weird and are underwhelming, save for the Gunsaber. Heard of plenty of Warriors with firearms, never heard of a Warrior with a magical sandblaster dagger though. -

I only bothered to level the most boring caricature in all of MMOs to play Bladesworn and now it's getting stun-locked to death. Running the meta, playing it right and you can't get into DT without getting immediately locked out because it's still a self-root. Self-root makes sense when you had aegis and stab to set it up, but now? lol.

Farmers that get swords put in their hands are called militiamen. Warriors are martial experts that become so attuned to their weapon it becomes a second arm for them. Soldiers are well trained operatives that have a distinct mission and the training and guidance to execute that mission. Warriors are usually duel or outnumbered artists that exist purely to be better than everyone else. Warrior is actually the translation of hero. They wage War specialized in the combat of their weapons, nothing else. Just pure martial skill. Tactical acumen is for commanders.

Nerfing supports + removal of target limits.

I can certainly understand the notion to adding a bit more tactical acumen, decision making, and more skill involved in the game. I think that zerging isn't really PvP at all, more or less it's unmitigated and unchallenged PvE. I do think a well put together havoc squad should be able to railroad a blob of 50 should they be talented enough. But I've been of the mind that if a single player is talented enough the amount of bodies they can stack should be endless. That's proper PvP to me, strategy, tactical acumen, talent, organization above all else.
