Did it with a group of 5, finished in under 3 minutes.
More than 10+ people and u might as well give up. Scaling is broken.

After getting my turtle i have not played on any Cantha maps b/c better farming efficiency elsewhere.

Useful as a battering ram in Drizztwood.

Jade Maw should be the main blockade after the Egg. More people showing up and the Maw scales up too much.
The strike isn't too hard once you get the hang of the mechanics.

Story was ok. Writing was ok. Love the first three maps, but the last map can get stuffed. Got my turtle never going back.

I did the strike for the first time yesterday and it was not hard with group in full meta composition and gear. I guess it would be quite difficult for ill-equipped PUGs
After the egg, the hardest bit for me to get the turtle has been trying to do the Jade Maw event because it's guaranteed failure if more than 10 people try to do it.

I finally unlocked the turtle. I have to say the level of trauma inflicted along this journey was terrible. I'll never do this meta again. All kinds of Dragonis Mons PTSD vibes. I have not gone back to Draconis Mons meta since completing Aurora.
I persist because there is inner goblin i have to satisfy. Now that its done there is no reason to redo that torturous content. 41 attempts on the egg, 15 attempts on that broken scaling / buggy jade maw.

Gw2efficiency should be a statistically significant sample size. Even if it doesn't represent the full game population 350k+ sample size give me a little more confidence than 200 people on a forum poll.

They can fathom it when marketing starts advertising turtle skins and the sales department barely moves any units.

I enjoyed the fishing but my girlfriend absolutely hated it. I agree fishy parts make good money compared to that particular meta. That meta is just toxic.

I found it very difficult to solo on my thief. Not having as much trouble on the guardian. The overall enemies in EoD feel spongier than the previous expansions and cc seems to be more important.

Can't sell turtle skins to players that can't get the mount. When those players quit in frustration, it doesn't matter anymore. That ship has sailed!

The amount of abuse new players are getting on this map is atrocious. Some of the most toxic elitist behavior I've seen in a game.

I use it in drizztwood south meta all the time. Knock down those gates.
