Hi, I need help with this issue , the Clint can't connect to the server , the error code are 42 & sometimes 58 , I check the in the GW2 support website that these issues are most common and the reason for this issues are from the firewall settings , although the GW2 app is allowed to access the network in the firewall settings , the clint error and firewall setting screenshot are attached , any suggestion on how to fix this issue ? https://ibb.co/NWPQLdS https://ibb.co/G3Fp3Z3

Druid Healer Alac is no more Some groups don't even accept you to provide alac or as a healer , Switch to Engineer until they fix the druid

Hi gamers , I'm trying to find out which food buff is the cheapest to craft for group content that gives EXP, Karma, Magic Find. you know for groups and trains runs , any suggestion ? I'm referring to the food buffs that everyone can pick up ( like: Birthday Cakes ). you know that stays for 5 min or more. even if I need to buy them from TP or their basic mats. ( likes to crafting recipes would be helpful )

Yoo guys whats up , I was thinking of making a PVE + open world + WvW build for my new herald , but I didn't played herald class before , my main was druid , so I want to share this build with you guys and see your thoughts about it. as you all know herald is one of the best boon provider ( support ) class in the game , so I tried to build it in a way that it balanced between support role + decent DPS role , with more attention to support role, the point is to create a healer support build that can run throw the game content with decent damage not zero damage 😅 http://gw2skills.net/editor/?PmxAYxzlpQJMLiidRTMMqiJShsCagnvUfrE-zxIU1omvQglrOFSvC0dVQOA-e * the build doesn't provide power damage much , but with fury uptime + getting critical chance almost 90 % thanks to Invocation trait + the might boon it may provide decent damage , also I can switch Invocation trait from 1,3,3 to 1,1,1 ( for more support - protection and regen uptime ) if I need to switch for full support role with zero damage Leaving Salvation & Herald same as it is. * or for more cleansing support I can switch if needed , Invocation trait with Retribution trait 3,2,1 ( for more self sustain and condition cleans to allies ) , this comes from dodging since the endurance bar can be filled much quickly with this trait. so what do you guys think ! any suggestions

Arenanet should make all waypoints for free ( or max it out to 1 silver if traveling across regions ) , 'personal thoughts' players are losing a lot of silver and gold traveling across regions , specially the long train groups that is farming the maps , if you calculate the the total amount of silver your paying just to keep up with the events schedule , you will end up spending 2-3 gold total per circler run. 🙃 I know that not much for some players , but for me that's too much , daily achievement ( 2 gold ) always gone for just traveling. and thank you for posting this topic , hope Arenanet find a good solution for this ...

Yo guys whatsup , hope everyone feeling good , I'd like to share with you guys some thoughts about GW2 as a new player and see what you think of it :- Have you ever feel that your class is boring ? 😅 , this happen to me when I reached almost full ascended gear with my Ranger class 🙃 , then I start looking into some YouTube tutorials and I notice that Mesmer and Elementalist classes are way more fun than my class . but I didn't think of creating a new class yet , I'd like to focus on one class in every MMO game I played. and I was thinking to get legendary sets before starting with another class. so what do you guys think , and what did you do in this situation.

yo , guys whats going on , I'd like to share with you some thoughts about the meta events available in GW2 , for the past 4 months I noticed that most of GW2 players don't participate or even visit some meta events , for example "The Great Jungle Wurm" event , simply there is no one there , lol , although the achievement provides 1 mastery point for each first kill of 3 great wurms ... same think with "Dragon's Stand" meta event although it takes time to complete the hole event but the rewards are fine ( at least from my opinion ) ... so what do you guys think about player not interested in some meta events ... and if any other meta events player are not interested in please mention them in the comment ...

yo , guys how are you doing , i world like to thank ArenaNet for this amazing forum , it help me a lot along with my journey in GW2 ... so the question is , which path/method is the fastest way you think to farm Ascended gear ( status selectable or fixed status ) ? I know that the GW2 wiki show you how , but I need feedback from the veteran player for the fastest one ... [ for new player ] Ascended gear is the pink color gear and it's provide the highest status possible in the game , it's equal to legendary gear status but legendary gear allow you to change the item status any time for free when you are out of combat & you can use them on multiple character at the same level of armor weight + it has a very cool bad Axx looks and animation.

warrior can be very useful in group content and boss fight , cus of the banners ... also in PVP bezerker warrior is one of the top damage classes , if you like PVP mode. Guardian is more support class , for providing sustain boon and heal the group but also it can do a good decent damage , but keep in mind he's not the top meta healing class if your looking for support classes my advice , try both classes in PVP content with all the weapons choices then decide , even when starting new character @ level 1 you can try all the traits skills and weapon builds in PVP for free

I'm new to this game also , and I now that I'm not that experience player to talk about this game , but I find out that skipping the story or content in this game is punishing ... for example , if you didn't finish all masteries in Path of Fire expansion & unlocking the first 3 mounts , you will struggle from traveling throw living world S4 maps and the rest of the maps , so here's a small advice from a new player ... 1) finish the story line ( all expansion and living world ) 2) next after hitting lvl 80 , try to find the cheapest gear set in the TP just to making you sustain enough to go throw the events and other story content. 3) focus on the mastery points ( check the achievement window ) , starting from core Teria to Icebrood Saga expansion , when you reach this level in the game , here is when the best of GW2 game comes ... ( you well get all the mounts unlock , and all the reward chests are boosted , reward bonus fractural and all the maps with the most meta events and world bosses are unlocked ... etc .... 4) start with some EOD masteries and most of the time in open world maps focus on meta events , it's fun & fast ( some meta events have a very rare drop that can make you tons of gold ) 5) start your ascended gear farming , you don't need to craft them just farm the map currencies in living world season 4 and you will get them in no time , from the heart vendors ( there are many other ways , like WvW track rewards & PVP currencies and strike missions drops and reward chests, but I personally find the easiest way is to get them from S4 maps. the rest of the content is for fun and end game grind for legendary items , if you feel bored in the story line or the PVE content try 3v3 PVP , its fun , fast and you don't need to farm for any gear or mastery or even character level ...

Norn or Charr , trust me you will change your mind after you get the Legendary Warbringer Back on them ... you can feel the heat when the animation of the back piece triggers ...

I think that true , but I use Fractals as a training ground and preparation for Strike Missions , still new to the game but every time I join in fractal they don't care about the loot or the group classes , some times they don't even need support/heal class with them , they just want to finish their dailies ...

I don't have that exp in GW2 , just started playing this game in the last 3 months , and I recently used a full power build in my ranger ( soulbeast ) with the long bow ... it's amazing Weapons ( long Bow , Greetsword ) full set of berserker , only the amulet & one accessory are valkyrie stats rune of pack sigils of force on the greatword sigils of celarity ( if I miss spell it 😅 , i think you know what I mean ) , press F5 , switch to long bow , use skill 4 then skill 2 ( and just set back and relax and enjoy the numbers going up )🤓

It's only worth it if you wana use celestial gear , I'm not sure but I think celestial gear only useful for Elementalist
