  1. I predict it will happen in about 6 months. Don't say never. It will happen for sure!
  2. I can't do Raids. Like, I really want to, but I just can't. It's not about the finding the right group to train, or the willingness to try. I just can't handle/play that competitive. I suck at it. When I tried out tier 3 fractals for the first time, people flamed me so hard for sucking. I not only got kicked out, but I actually felt sorry for my teammates coz I know I messed up. I am going back to daily tier 1 fractals, the world boss trains, SW farms, meta events, crafting, and opening the map and doing the personal story with a level 1 character to farm the Black Lion Key. I can use whatever build I want. No one cares. And I can chill whenever I want to :) Sorry for sucking guys!
  3. The first 3 skirmish hours right after the reset will count as a score. The winning server gets rewards!
  4. Full squad. I was playing healing tempest. We were getting rolled by the enemy. I did my best to survive, healed, and removed a lot of conditions. Give them boons and auras etc etc. The battle kept going, I finally died without killing anyone. QQ Disappointed. Went afk for a little in the way point. And suddenly, I started getting tons of +100 wexp +55 wexp +11 wexp +250 wexp, beep beep beep, with a lot of loots. Our zerg flipped the fight, and they were now farming the enemy. And somehow I got credit for helping my allies killing them :)
  5. In WvW, when you managed to beat someone go down, the guy shouldn't be rezzed up right away. Or not. I dunno. Is 10 seconds too long? I just think we cannnot completely disable the rezzing mechanism, but we should be able to punish more by making the players go down.
  6. Let's do Boss HP -50% for Wing 1/2/3/4. No rewards. Why not? Don't tell me the raid is designed to be hard. A lot of people are willing to learn, but only a few are willing to tag up and teach; leading the training group is a lot of work. The learners should be able to form a training group by themselves at all times of the day.

  8. Thanks. So it might help in naturally making the wvw BLs more active across all times of the day. It's just that there is no gurantee.

  10. I am too lazy to PvE. That's why I mostly play WvW casually. Yesterday, I made Warcry and tried to get the Legendary backpack. And holy damn. I cannot afford all the mats. This is so much gold. QQ
  11. I personally don't understand why you guys love this no down state so much. But, if there are truly that many players who LOVE the no down, why not just make EBG or EoTM no down forever? Test it and get feedbacks.
  12. At this point, create a borderland that doens't have any downs. Start with EoTM and test if people actually like it that much.
  13. So your Axe+Axe and GS is for melee build correct? Can I use Long Bow + GS to play both Melee and Range?
  14. The pew pew pew seemed kind of fun and chill. So I tried Soulbeast Power build with Long Bow using the Stance Share build. And man, I just die so many times following the tag. If I stay front line, I literally die in like 2 seconds. If I stay in the tail, I die to random conditions. I was using full Berserker, but isn't all rangers like this? Do I need some toughness or vitality even as a glass cannon in WvW? Any tips to play Rangers really well in squad?

PvP has its own unique system to provide an experience to new players and that is to instantly level all of your characters to 80 with everything unlocked allowing people to try the character before committing to it. WvW could also follow a similar model...WvW could be the place to come in with your committed level 80 character and then try glide rentals and mount rentals, maybe a token system of 10 each or X per level up to a certain point. Just guessing here but that might encourage sales and provide renewable population on WvW servers. It honestly sounds like one of the best ideas I've heard in a while as it would also solve the OPs complaint and probably some others too. How about implementing something like WvW Newbie Rental Gears Package which includes a passway to enter WvW even as level 1, and the basic exotic armor/trinket/weapons that expire in two weeks? That should be enough time for any players who are entirely new to GW2, but want to give a shot at WvW. Many friends of mine want to get into WvW, but most of them give up in three days while they were trying to get to level 80's doing PvE.
  16. Just made a new account and entered WvW. I died so many times trying to get to the tag. And couldn't really get any wvw experience because I was too late to cap anything. Just saying, if anyone is like really new to GW2 and they want to try WvW, they would feel very frustrated without the mount for a long time. Can we consider implementing a way to help out the newbies in wvw? Like letting them hop-in to a mount of other players. Or buy a temporary Warclaw with gold?
