I remember over a year ago I asked my friend to come WvW with me and they said "Nah, I'm not going to bother until they do the world restructuring.". Seriously, if it was going to take this long then why bother announcing it?

Explains why alliances is taking forever. Is it really one guy for this entire game mode?

All for this new system and my only question is when is this rolling out? I know this is still unknown, but hurry because I want to play GW2 again.
